The client portal.
Your portal account is not ready yet. We are setting it up, and we will email you an invitation from the portal itself when it is. Until then, here is how to get your documents to and from us safely.
What the portal will hold
- Your BAS and tax position for the current period
- A cash-flow view built from your own figures, not a demonstration
- Documents awaiting your signature, with what each one is
- Financial statements, returns and lodgment confirmations, kept in one place
The invitation will come from the portal itself and will arrive at the email address we already hold for you. We will not ask you to set a password by replying to an email from us.

- Office 4583, 470 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004. By appointment — call first so the right person is there.
How to tell a real request from a fake one
- We will never email or text you asking for your password, and we will never ask you to confirm one over the phone.
- We will never ask you to send a tax file number, bank details or identity documents by email or text message.
- We will never ask you to move money urgently, and we will never send you new bank details for paying us in an email. If you receive one, do not act on it — call us on the number on this page and check.
- If a message claiming to be from us feels wrong, it costs you nothing to ring us and ask. We would much rather take the call.
